NZ (Nozzlex- Nozzel Filling Compound)
Carefully graded refractory nozzel filling compound which can be made as per the requirements of the customer's need for steel transfer ladle with slide gate system.
As it posses selected granulometry and high refractories, it does not sinter when in contact with molten steel around 1600 degree Centigrade temperature with high ferrostatic head when kept in ladle nozzel well cavity. Thus, it results into free flowing of NZ (Nozzlex) when slide gate is opened and it comes out freely or with minor oxygen lancing establishing a very smooth stream from the ladle.

Expandable Rice Husk Ash

It is basically used for steel, sleeves, hot top as well as other manufacturing processes where the 75 % husk is used as fuel in rice mills for generating steam for parboiling process and the balance 25 % is converted into ash during firing process (known as rice husk ash) and contains around 85 % - 90 % of amorphous silica.
